I have heard a lot of questions concerning antivirus for SharePoint environment. At one time, when I used Symantec to protect workplace environment from threats, malware..etc, this antivirus program prevented w3wp.exe. One solution I used to resolve my problem was that I put w3wp.exe into accessed rule. 4 steps for moving SharePoint Hyper-V virtual machine to VMware Workstation

Sometimes I have intricate issues related to connection between Hyper-V and  host. For example, although I configured the connection setting on SQL Server but I encountered corrupted connection between WFE/App Server and Database server.
